HomeStretch is a home buying companion tool designed to help you organise, understand, and track the UK home buying process. It is an informational and productivity tool.
HomeStretch does not provide legal, financial, mortgage, or surveying advice. Nothing in the Service should be construed as professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for matters relating to law, finance, or property surveys.
3. Beta service
HomeStretch is currently in beta. This means the Service is actively being developed and improved. Features may change, be added, or removed. We'll do our best to keep disruptions minimal and to communicate significant changes in advance.
We appreciate your patience and your feedback during this period.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Please don't share your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You must be 18 or older to use HomeStretch.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use HomeStretch for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access another user's account.
- Upload or transmit any malicious content.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Service.
- Use the Service in any way that could harm HomeStretch or other users.
6. Subscription and billing
HomeStretch offers a 30-day free trial, after which a subscription fee of £4.99 per month applies. You can cancel at any time from within the app.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us if you have a concern.
7. Intellectual property
All content, design, and code within HomeStretch is owned by or licensed to HomeStretch. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our express permission.
Your data remains yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you add to your account.
8. Limitation of liability
HomeStretch is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information presented in the app. Buying a property involves significant legal and financial commitments — always seek qualified professional advice.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may close your account at any time from within the app.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
